How do I place an order?
Open the BNFS app, browse live stock, add items to your cart, choose delivery, and check out. Track order status in the app.

Delivery
Default pickup is free; door-to-door delivery is available at checkout with a fee based on weight.

Returns / Refund
If there's an issue with your order, submit a problem report with photos in the app within 12 hours of delivery; we'll review it and arrange a refund or replacement.

12-Hour Freshness Contract
If anything isn't fresh within 12 hours of delivery, we cover it with a refund or replacement — just submit a problem report with photos in the app.

Account deletion
Email simon@bnfsupply.com from your registered contact.
