1. Information We Collect

• Account & profile: name, company name, phone number, and verification documents (KYC) you submit at registration.
• Orders & delivery: your orders, delivery address, and payment status.
• Device: push-notification token and basic device type, used to send order notifications.
• Location: only if you provide a delivery address; we do not track background location.
• Usage: in-app actions needed to operate and improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account and verify eligibility (B2B wholesale).
• Process orders, arrange delivery, and issue invoices and statements.
• Send order-status and account notifications.
• Provide customer support and improve the service.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with providers that operate the app:

• Supabase — secure cloud hosting and database.
• Payment processor (FPX / bank gateway) — to process payments; we do not store full card/bank credentials.
• Expo — to deliver push notifications.

4. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

5. Security

Data is stored on secure infrastructure with access controls and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

6. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. To delete your account and associated data, email simon@bnfsupply.com; we process verified requests within a reasonable period.

7. Children

The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18.
